NOTICE : You can take a bus only the place you have applied for.
There are only 2 options. (In front of World Gate or Jamsil Sports Complex Station)
We will not let you board unless it is where you applied for.
To Cheongsong
- KAF will provide local transportation to the official hotel in Cheongsong
- All the participants(officials and athletes) should make a reservation for the transportation through the event's official website(www.ice-climbing.or.kr) by 18th Dec. 2024 
- BUS are scheduled to depart at 09:00 am(10th Jan) the place of departure is as below(KAF Staff will help your team at Departure Point on 12th Jan.).

1. In front of World Gate Bldg. in Incheon Airport International Business Center

  
To move from Incheon Int'l airport to World Gate Bldg. you should take free shuttle airport bus (At Bus stop No.12 on the 3rd floor, Incheon Int'l Airport Terminal 1 to International Business Center). It takes 5 min.

※ Near by World Gate Bldg., there are several guest houses where you can stay in. Guest House information is available on Expedia, Hotel.com, Agoda. ex) Incheon Airport gogohouse
 (If you need, you should book accommodation on your own.)


2. Jamsil Sports Complex Station ; Exit No.1 (Metro Line No.2 & 9)



Jamsil Sports Complex Station is on Metro line No.2 & 9. The bus will depart for Cheongsong in front of Exit No.1 of the station at 09:00 am. 

(※KAF Staff will help your team at departure point.)


Note : The participant should arrive at Departure Point by 08:40 am on 10th Jan.
   



From Official Hotel to Competition Venue (11th ~ 12th Jan.)

  - Shuttle bus will be provided.

From Cheongsong

1. To Seoul (12th Jan.)

- The BUS will depart at 21:00 pm to Incheon Int'l Airport. 

  (via Seoul *Jamsil Station, estimated arrival time is around 01:00 am on 13th Jan at the airport)

2. To Incheon Int'l airport and Seoul (13th Jan.)

- The BUS will depart at 06:00 am and 09:00 am.

- To Incheon Int'l Airport - depart at 06:00 am 

  (estimated arrival time is around 9:50 am) 

- To Seoul(Jamsil Station) - depart at 9:00 am 

  (estimated arrival time is around 1:00 pm)            

- To Incheon Int'l Airport - depart at 09:00 am 

  (estimated arrival time is around 1:00 pm)

3. All the participants(officials and athletes) have to make a reservation for the transportation through the event's official website(www.ice-climbing.or.kr) by 18th Dec. 2024.
